Di Indonesia, Rencana Umum Energi Nasional (RUEN) menetapkan target bauran energi terbarukan 23% pada 2025, namun menghadapi kendala besar dalam ketersediaan SDM kompeten, khususnya di wilayah timur Indonesia yang memiliki potensi energi surya, mikrohidro, biomassa, dan energi laut yang melimpah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kurikulum berbasis OBE Program Magister Rekayasa Energi Terbarukan UNCEN dirancang melalui proses yang komprehensif dengan melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk industri energi, pemerintah daerah, asosiasi profesi, dan alumni. Proses ini menghasilkan rumusan capaian pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kebutuhan industri (technical competencies dalam perancangan sistem energi terbarukan)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tantangan regional (pengembangan solusi energi untuk wilayah terpencil dan kepulauan)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standar global (keselarasan dengan ABET dan Washington Accord)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kebijakan nasional (penyelarasan dengan KKNI Level 8 dan prioritas pembangunan energi nasional)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Penerapan OBE dalam program studi ini diwujudkan melalui:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Matriks keselarasan yang ketat antara <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Program Learning Outcomes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (PLOs) dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Course Learning Outcomes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (CLOs)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Metode pembelajaran aktif berbasis proyek riil (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">project-based learning<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) dan studi kasus dari industri<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistem penilaian autentik yang mengukur pencapaian kompetensi secara holistik<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mekanisme umpan balik berkelanjutan dari industri dan alumni untuk perbaikan kurikulum<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keunggulan kurikulum ini terletak pada penekanan khusus untuk pengembangan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kemampuan rekayasa sistem energi terbarukan yang adaptif dengan karakteristik lokal Papua<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keahlian manajemen proyek energi bersih berstandar internasional<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kompetensi penelitian terapan untuk pengembangan teknologi tepat guna<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jiwa kewirausahaan dalam bisnis energi terbarukan<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kurikulum berbasis OBE ini menjadi tulang punggung strategis untuk mewujudkan visi UNCEN sebagai <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">center of excellence<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pengembangan energi terbarukan di Indonesia Timur, sekaligus berperan sebagai katalisator pembangunan berkelanjutan di wilayah tersebut melalui tiga pilar utama: (1) penguatan kapasitas akademik dengan fokus pada rekayasa sistem energi terbarukan yang adaptif terhadap karakteristik geografis dan sosio-kultural Papua, (2) pembangunan jejaring kolaboratif dengan industri energi nasional dan global serta pemerintah daerah untuk memastikan relevansi lulusan dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja, serta (3) pengembangan riset terapan yang berorientasi pada solusi energi bersih untuk komunitas terpencil dan wilayah kepulauan, sehingga secara holistik mampu
